Designed for the serious student as an introduction to the Meisner Plus Technique, this well-tested approach is based on the teachings of legendary acting guru Sanford Meisner (1907-1997). It has produced startling gains in spontaneity and 'presence' among actors who have applied its principles to their work onstage. The 'Plus' in the equation refers to the study of emotional preparation, the key ingredient that Meisner called an indispensible foundation to a believable performance. Acclaimed acting teacher, director, and on-set coach Jim Bonney will be accepting students by interview for this eleven week course.
